I represent, warrant, acknowledge, and agree that I am the person depicted in the photographs, that I own the copyright to the photographs, and that the organization may use and exploit the photographs without identifying me as the subject.
In further and additional consideration, I release and discharge Peacebaby.Org from any claim or cause of action, for, among other things, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation, whether now known or later discovered, arising from or related to Peacebaby.Org's use and exploitation of the Photographs.
